refactor(memory): 调整记忆模块
- 创建 agent 包,将所有类移动到该包下 - 新增了后续模块相应的必须类,待实现 - 新增 MemoryResult 和 MemorySliceResult 类封装查询结果 - 查询结果中终点记忆切片将与前后序切片关联,切片判断逻辑将交给MemoryManager
